- Reservations with arrival at the hotel prior to 0700 hours are held from the previous noon and are billed for, from the previous day itself.
- In the absence of arrival details, reservations will be deemed as guaranteed up to 1800 hours only. However a credit-card guarantee or billing letter will ensure that your reservation is held on a definite basis, up to your actual time of check-in, on the day of arrival.
- Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival, without any retention charge. Beyond that period one night’s retention will be charged.
- One night’s retention charge will be applicable on all NO SHOWS- non-materialized check in on the day of the reservation.
